     Baked Apples


  1. 4 Golden Delicious Apples

  2. 100 gr  Brown Sugar

  3. 50 gr    Almonds

  4. 50 gr   Hazelnuts

  5. 50 gr   walnuts

  6. 4          Prunes

  7. 4  Tbs of Black Ron

  8. 1   Cinamon powder
    Wash the apples and cut at the top, as if we wanted to do a cover, leaving the tail.
    With a tool to remove the heart or a sharp knife, remove them the heart and then with the same knife inside the emptied leaving a not very thick coat and skin. We will be careful that we do not break.
    The pieces that we draw from inside apples cut into small cubes and reserve.
    Preheat oven to 200 degrees and place the apples, separated between them on a tray with baking paper.
    We leave the nuts in half lengthwise. Nuts will leave to the rooms and prunes can leave the whole or split them in half also.
    We put within each block a quarter of nuts we have 1 prune and a quarter of apple cubes that have cut and reserved.
    Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and sugar on top and cover with their own apple lids. We must try to fill protrude slightly inside the block, so that the top end not fit all.
    Once we poured over each apple covered a spoonful of black rum, including the cover and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Let cool and serve on individual plates pouring over each broth that has been in the paper tray, mixing rum and juice of apples themselves.
    It is ready to serve
